New Group Starting in August for Teen Girls Ages 12 to 14
The middle school and early high school years can feel incredibly isolating, even for girls who seem fine on the outside. Friendships get complicated. Emotions feel bigger than words. Knowing how to speak up, work through conflict, and feel genuinely connected to the people around them are skills that don't always come naturally, and that is exactly what this group is designed to help with.
What Your Daughter Will Work On:
Communication Skills: Learning to express herself clearly, assertively, and with confidence.
Conflict Resolution: Understanding how to navigate disagreements in a healthy and productive way.
Teamwork: Building the ability to collaborate, compromise, and show up for others.
Emotional Regulation: Identifying what she is feeling and learning tools to manage it well.
Connection: Creating real, meaningful bonds with peers in a safe and supportive space.
